Bali’s Muse

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Muse.”

Location: Kuta Beach, Bali, ID

Today I just arrived from my 17th trip to Bali in 15 years. That means on average, I traveled more than once per year to Bali.

There are always something calling me to go to Bali for a quick getaway. And, for us who live in Jakarta, Bali is like our slightly further backyard in addition to Puncak and Bandung.

There are the beaches with the postcard-perfect sunset. Like in the picture above that was taken yesterday, there are always a beautiful sunset at the overcrowded and popular Kuta beach.

Then, there are also Ubud, which emanates a very unique aura found nowhere else. Or Tulamben at the east of Bali that is calling for scuba diver around the world.
